Roger Dreher
Roger Dreher has over 30 years of experience in information technology with a background in professional services, banking, and insurance. He has held a variety of senior management roles and has particular experience with vendor management, team building, project forecasting, and crisis management. His most recent projects include managing a major upgrade and re-platforming of a loan accounting system for a major bank and a large scale implementation of a financial system replacement for a top five insurance firm. Mr. Dreher’s specialties include multi-technology and multi-national environments, analysis and planning, and risk management. Mr. Dreher has an MS in Computer Science from the University of Rhode Island, an MBA from Monmouth University and a BA in Mathematics from Rider University.
Mark Dusel
Mark Dusel has an extensive background in financial services and IT product development and marketing. He has held a variety of senior management roles over the course of 30 years and has significant experience in program management, software development, data engineering, infrastructure operations and support. Mr. Dusel’s most recent focus has been on the development and implementation of a commercial lending system for a large bank, and program managing Dodd-Frank and Basel compliance initiatives. Mr. Dusel has also held significant leadership roles as CIO and CFO for a major private lending organization and as head of the Program Management Office for one of the largest financial services providers in the United States. Mr. Dusel has an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BA in Economics from St. Anselm College.
Dolores Sparr
Dolores Sparr has focused on driving private banking and risk management initiatives in both the business and technology fields, working with clients to define requirements, re-engineer processes, and lead implementations. During her 30 years in financial services, Ms. Sparr managed several conversions for mergers/implementations at Smith Barney/Citibank, JP Morgan Chase/Bank One and TD Bank/Commerce. She has been involved in strategic initiatives at Citibank and JP Morgan in risk management and in client and relationship information systems. Most recently, Ms. Sparr managed a multi-million dollar credit risk management program related to data, reporting and lending processes at a large retail bank and led strategic technology planning for a major private equity firm. Ms. Sparr has a Certificate in Special Studies in Administration and Management from Harvard Extension, an MS in Secondary Education/Mathematics from Long Island University and an A.B. in Mathematics from the University of California at Berkeley.
